MSN drastically needs improvement. I don't know how much longer that I want to keep paying MSN for an application that does not work in todays world. I just found another web site that does not work with MSN.

Again, I am paying MSN yearly fees for an antiquated program that does not function. If it wasn't for my longstanding e-mail address, I would gladly cancel my subcription to MSN and would tell eveyone that I know that has an MSN account to do so as well.

I have told others to not subscribe to it until it can get updated and work properly, and I will continue to do so until I am fully satisfied that it is. Instead of using IE, I am now more apt to use Chrome, since it works better and has less problems with it, and the interface is cleaner and easier to use now.

Instead of a solution, you basically told me not to use your program! I really have enjoyed MSN in the past, and don't like the interface of Bing as much, and with MSN not working on more and more links, I just don't know where to turn at this point. Please, give me somekind of idea what's happening and when, or you will soon loose me and anyone else that I can tell. Hi, We are sorry for inconvenience caused. Please check my private message. Did you ever get a decent reply to this problem? I've been using MSN premium for years now and love the interface etc IE, Chrome etc all work seamlessly over very long periods Paying for a service which is available free elsewhere, can't fathom what the advantages are! Try moving the cursor over each icon. When you do that, a description will appear telling you what each icon represents. Right-click on the icon for any firewall software you find.

If you see Disable or Exit , click that command.
